Tyler and Porkey at the Fair

This is Tyler's first year in 4-H. He raised a Hampshire market hog named Porkey to take to the Maricopa County Fair. He worked very hard getting her ready to show at the fair. He spent alot of hours feeding, watering and grooming Porkey for the show and sale. Porkey won third in her class in market judging. They both did great! We are so proud of Tyler for all of his hard work! She was sold at the auction on Saturday. It will sad to see her go.

Meeting new friends and family

Last week the boys were able to meet a new cousin and two new friends. My cousin Jason and his wife Tawnya had a baby girl in January. Her name is Kalleigh. She is just precious. The boys loved holding her!

My friend Missy brought her son, Richie over for an afternoon to play. The boys loved showing him the animals and all of their fun toys! He is such a good boy and so cute!

My friends Jessie and Jay came into town from Virgina to introduce Jordi to friends and family. She was born last November. She is so adorable! I wish they lived closer. I miss them already.

Friends

Carson had some friends from his class come over for a play date. They were so cute in their matching tye-died shirts that they made at school. They had so much fun playing and being goofy. I'm so grateful Carson has made such good friends!!

Playing Catch Up...

I'm playing catch up with our blog after the holidays, Cole's birthday and getting back into the routine of work and school. My goal this year is to update the blog at least once a month, but today here are some much overdue posts--

Our First Broken Bone

Carson fell off of the top bunk one night and then the next night tripped and fell outside. He broke his left wrist and has to have a cast for 4 weeks.

Suns game

On December 30, we went to see The Suns vs. The Celtics. The boys loved it. Yes, even Cole went and he loved it!!

Our baby is 2!!

You have brought so much joy to our family. You make us laugh everyday and we love you SO much!!

Our NE family

Uncle Jon, Aunt Lindsey, Grant and Launa made it here on Christmas morning...barely. The snow storm in NE was so bad that they were almost snowed in, but somehow they made it to the airport and flew here safely. Grandma and Grandpa had to wait until the 27th to get here due to being snowed in. It was great to see everyone! We miss you all so much :(
